UK DELIVERY
We offer free delivery for orders over £40, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.
For faster delivery we can also offer:
- £3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service
- £4.95 for DPD next day courier service.
If your order is under £40 we charge:
- £2.95 for Royal Mail
- £3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service
- £4.95 for DPD next day courier service.
We aim to ship all orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed at the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
During busy periods there may be delays but our aim is always to get it out the same day.

International Delivery Rates are calculated at checkout.
We use Royal Mail International Tracking service.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by or payable to Replenish.

FAQs
Spend £40 or over to get free Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery.
For orders under £40, you can chose Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour, Tracked 24 hour, or DPD delivery.
For orders over £40 our standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery. You can then chose to pay more for Royal Mail Tracked 24 hour service or DPD delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 40 & 24 hour service do not require a signature.
DPD delivery will require a signature.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our product - a consumable food supplement - we are unable to accept returns, unless the item is defective, due to quality control and health & safety. We cannot re-stock products once they have left our control.
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
If the item is confirmed to be defective, you will be entitled to:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund (including standard delivery charges)
We will also cover the cost of returning the defective item to us, where applicable.
HOW TO REPORT A DEFECTIVE ITEM
